“Courage is not an ability one either possesses or lacks. Courage is the willingness to engage in a risk-taking behavior regardless of whether the consequences are unknown or possibly adverse. We are capable of courageous behavior provided we are willing to engage in it.”

— Alfred Adler

What is Reflective Documentary Supervision?
RDS is a conceptual framework that supplements humanistic supervision. Supervisees use personal artifacts (photos, journals, autobiographical notes) to examine identity, family-of-origin, and lived experience. Grounded in reflective practice, cultural competence, and family-of-origin awareness, RDS builds self-awareness, reduces bias, and aligns personal and professional identity.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee equal to the session rate. No-shows are charged $75.

Yes, where permitted. Sessions are delivered through a secure platform called Headway where you can access my profile and booking calendar. You will receive a private link before each appointment.
